We assist all workers with any transportation issues to ensure that they will arrive on time each day.
We support all our workplace locations with additional staff, at no cost to you, to ensure that there are no concerns. Additionally, we can arrange to have one of our own Supervisors available to assist at your facility.
Yes. We own and operate a 22-foot box truck that can accommodate up to 20 pallets. We provide pickup and delivery services throughout the WNY region.
Standard turnaround for an in-house job would be 5-7 business days, but we provide rush service as is necessary. We run two shifts per day at our production facility allowing us to adapt to whatever our customers’ needs require.
Normal timeframe for new placements is 5-7 working days, but it’s possible to assemble a team in as few as 48 hours if the need is critical.
All workers are experienced in all facets of packaging, light industrial manufacturing and material handling. We also have many workers that possess higher levels of manufacturing such as electrical assemblies, and operation of machinery. Please contact us to discuss your specific need(s).
In addition to English as a second language classes, employees go through a rigorous orientation process when they are hired. This includes safe lifting, lock out/tag out, SDS, electrical safety, accident and injury, blood-borne pathogens, and sexual harassment trainings.
Yes, all workers go through Sterling Criminal Background checks as well as select drug testing.
For placements which are semi-permanent/permanent we will place a time clock at the location. For other situations we will either have sign in/out sheets which are collected daily, or you can choose to track and report the hours to our Service Support Specialist. This is all done on a weekly basis.
Due to our large, diverse workforce we can usually accommodate any staffing needs or in-house packaging requests that are made.

We have over 26,000 sq. ft. of production and warehouse space, located in the Tri-Main Building at 2495 Main Street.
Yes. At our Main Street facility we have a full-time dedicated Inventory Control Manager, and we can create an individualized warehouse plan for your business.
