Darren Lisicki

Darren started his career in the packaging and manufacturing sectors in 1991. Beginning as a corrugated box sample maker, he moved through operations and sales, ultimately opening his own private packaging company in the early 2000s. In 2009 he was hired to transform the work center for the Cantalician Center for Learning. Responding to increasing customer’s needs, in 2013 he opened Diversified Labor Solutions, and has served as Director of Employment Services since 2015. Darren studied psychology and has a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo. Additionally, he is a University at Buffalo School of Management’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership graduate. Darren also sits on the Manufacturing Counsel of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, and is a member of the Buffalo Niagara Manufacturing Association.
